We only work during office hours Monday to Friday between 09:30 and 17:00.

We only accept payment via Paypal or Debit/Credit card through the Ebay checkout system. This keeps us and you secure.

Our blinds are packaged and shipped from our Midlands factory and shipped with our courier on a 1 to 2 day service.

A photograph is required on receipt as proof of delivery.

If you are unable to take delivery, our courier will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour. If no-one is available, they will make 2 more attempts at delivery, after which the goods will be returned to us.

In the unlikely event that your goods do arrive damaged, please sign for the parcel as damaged, contact us and we will be happy to resolve in a timely matter.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to return your Buy It Now item for a refund within 30 working days of receiving the item.
However, this is subject to certain conditions:

• 1. If you wish to return your item, you must inform us of your intention within seven working days of receipt and we will provide you with a returns address.
• 2. The item and any packaging must be in the same condition as it was when you received it and in a re-saleable condition.
• 3. The item must be securely packed and clearly labelled for return, and a proof of posting must be obtained and retained until we inform you that we have received your item.
• 4. Made to measure products are not subject to Distance Selling Regulations, and where incorrect information has been provided we cannot issue a refund in these circumstances.
• 5. Bespoke items eg. Made to measure to your individual sizes are non refundable due to them being unique sizes which you have requested. If you are not sure on how to measure correctly please contact us directly.
• 6. Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 30 working days after the day you receive the item. However this is for standard items only which have not been customised.
