This warranty applies to all second hand parts  purchased directly from Rapid Car Parts, ensuring that you receive products that meet our high standards of quality and reliability.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
• Wear and tear from normal use, including but not limited to brake pads, belts, and filters.
• Any parts that have been modified or repaired without authorization from Rapid Car Parts.
• Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or third-party resellers.

Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period. You will need to provide:

• A copy of your original purchase receipt.
• A detailed description of the issue, including any photos if applicable.

Our team will review your claim and may request the return of the defective part for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will either replace the part or issue a full refund, at our discretion.

Limitations: This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Rapid Car Parts is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Warranty does not cover labour cost, towing cost any other costs other than the value of the purchased item.
