We require immediate payment for all items, and orders are processed once payment clears.

We ship orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, Hermes 3 Days service and Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

We offer 48hr and 3 Days Tracked for FREE and 24hr Tracked for £4.99 in the UK, please see the top bar for free tracking for each country. 

• 2-3 working days for parcel delivery with online tracking.
• We ship within the United Kingdom, and selected EU countries.
• Orders placed before 8am Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. You will receive your parcel within 3-5 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Highlands and Islands this could be 1 day longer.
• Orders placed on a Friday after 8am, will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
• Deliveries are made by Royal Mail/ Hermes or DPD Monday to Saturday.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original and unopened condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned nor can;
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-15 working days.
