Returns policy

You have 30 calendar days to return the item from date of purchase.
When returning your item,mark your eBay username on the outside of the original package.
Failure to do so will delay your refund.

Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it.

Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours, for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 24 hours will be dismissed for a claim.

The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our returns procedure, unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with our eBay team.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate refund within 24 hours.
