Trouble-shooting instructions:
Step 5: Make sure you did steps 1-4.
Step 6: Is your SIM card not registering? Your mobile carrier might require you to purchase a new one. You will need to contact your carrier directly. They are protective about making sure your personal data is safe. (A mobile carrier is the company you use for your cell service. Some examples of carrier companies are Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Mint Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and many more.)
Step 7: If you use a pre-pay cell provider, such as Consumer Cellular, you may need special programming. Contact us for more information.
Step 8: If you are having difficulty, contact us. We can get you set up. We want you to love your new phone!
We do a complete inspection of each device, erase previous customer information, inspect the camera, check battery health, and sanitize it. We make sure that functional standards are rated high. We accurately inspect the cosmetic condition of the device and give it the lowest ranking possible, meaning that usually our customers are delighted to receive a device in better condition than the listing states.
We use a third-party software system called Phonecheck to create a report for each and every device we sell. We include your own report, free of charge, with your shipping.
We offer free returns within 60 days of purchase for all our devices. Please ship your item back to us in the same packaging you received it. Be sure to include all additional accessories as well.
If you have any issues, please contact us.
We use FedEx Priority 2-day shipping. We strive to get your order out of our hands and on the way to yours by the next business day.
Q: What happens if I see a different mobile carrier name on the phone than the one I use?
(A mobile carrier is the company you use for your cell service. Some examples of carrier companies are Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Mint Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and many more.)
A: That’s totally normal! We provide you with instructions on how to reset your phone so that it will display the carrier you use.
Q: Why does my phone say Verizon when I don’t use Verizon? Is it locked?
A: Just reset your phone with the instructions we provide you and won’t see that anymore. All of our phones are unlocked.
Q: I’m not good with technology and don’t understand how to set up my phone.
A: We are here to help! We will provide you with a phone number and an email address of our customer support. We work during standard business hours and are happy to jump on a phone call with you to help walk you through the process. If you call after hours, you can even leave us a voicemail, and we will call you back once we are back in the office.
